Eiffel scholarship is a scholarship supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France. The student who is chosen by this program will be awarded by a salary about 1000 Euro per month. This salary changes regularly according to the up and down of the market goods price in France.
This seems to be a high salary for the students since in average the students have to spend only 500 to 600 euro per month for food and accommodation. In previous year, 50% of the students got this scholarship are from Asian countries.
The selection process seems to be really strict because the applicants are perfect.
In order to apply for this scholarship:
September: You could get the information and the procedure at www.egide.asso.fr
Middle of January: Application deadline
April: The result is released and sent to each student and at www.egide.asso.fr
One of the most basic conditions for the students to apply for this is that the students have to contact with the university in France and ask the university to support your procedures- (which means that they accept you to enroll their universities; recommend you to the scholarship committee ... etc). If the school agree, they will send your forms to the Eiffel scholarship committee.
In conclusion, the students must first send their forms to the school they aim to study instead of directly sending those procedures to the committee.

- Complete the first 4 pages filled in on the Eiffel application

So far there have been many students from many universities in Vietnam such as National Economics University, Hanoi University of Technology, Civil Engineering University share together in two dormitories called A3, T4 and B7 which are under controlled by one centre aka Center to server foreign students (if translated from Vietnamese). The center's name seems to be great to hear. The name means that the center will serve us everything such as accommodation, all procedures related with the universities, extending our visa's ..etc. Everything to facilitate our lives here.


This owned by me but kept by the centre, i have to say I borrow my Passport

Otherwise, this is just the appearance you see and admire its name; it's not indeed the real thing that they have done to us.

We are absolutely stressful and meet alot of difficulties in school. Meanwhile we have to care more about some procedures related. Not only don't they help us, but they have been trying to do whatever to make us difficult.

The proof is that they recently try to confine our Passport keeping and finally they succeed. All students' passports from the universities stated above have been collected to place in the centre's office.

Passport is our indentification when living in the foreign countries. We need it all the time when doing something related with forms such as : ATM Account opening Form, the form used to receive the money; more if we want to tour, we really need passport in order to be allowed to stay in the hotel. If we don't have, the university and the center identification card will not be able to help us. NO one accepts those kinda cards.


Don't confuse those are Cam, Chi or Lao but 90 % of those are VN's

There is one way to get ur passport for short time. You have to spend 4 or 5 hours to get the signature from the Embassy then you'll come to the center office to get it. They said that : "Em phải ghi rõ thời gian mà em mượn hộ chiếu này"; they told me to write exactly the duration i would like to borrow my Passport from them. Is it ridiculous ?? Well, Fucking funny to hear that. I have to borrow from others what is mine.

Well, for me i am ok with that since i have only one year left but i am so sad to see the difficulties imposed to the following of Cambodian generations here. That sucks.

Kỷ niệm mai trường by thủy chi


Thủy chi is the first Vietnamese singer whose songs attracted me seriously for the first time i heard. In Vietnam, she has been called Internet teen Singer. She's known to Vietnamese via the world of network. According to the interview she made with dantri.com : "I rarely online. Those of my songs on the internet was not uploaded by me by my friends without telling me. After 1 month, i knew, there were 10 songs already uploaded to the internet".

I got her song collection by one website unintentionally when i surfed through the internet. After i downloaded and listened to those of her songs i felt i was really in love with her voice- sweet, some songs were really meaningful. The song i like the first of those i downloaded is "Kỷ niệm mai trường- The school souvenir( High school i guess what she meant to be)".

After discussion about what i like about Thuy chi with one of my Vietnamese friends, she introduced me another teen singer challenger - Bao thy. She said that the voices of the two singers are relatively the same. Recently, i got a bonus song from Vinaphone WAP - Trà sữa (Milk tea) by her, bảo thy and folk. I am not sure who he is :) The song seems so sweet. However, it hasn't attracted me much.

Although many of forum discussions say that they love Thủy chi's songs than Bảo thy's, i am still a big fan of these two talent singers. No one is better than another. They should not be compared.

Yahhhh....oooo..ooo!!!! I'll step into the final round of AIESECer's recruitment :)



I have been waiting from a few days since my assessment test last tired Sunday. Few minutes later, i'm come up with Gmail notifier, "Subject : Individual interview" with " How do you feel after Assessment Center? Are you still motivated to stick with us till the end? " Well, i am still absolutely passionate to stick with AIESEC till the end :) More, i am curious to do the interview in the coming Saturday evening !!!

I wish i were lucky again !!!!!

That's a student's life. Busy, stressful, headache soooo...on.

Last week, i got the most tough, stressful and the busiest days in the whole week from Monday to Sunday. The Software specification reports took me almost 5 days to finish. Saturday came!!! In the morning i had my MCSA class from 8h30 to 12h. Arriving home, more reports had come. It's about to share my understanding about the software requirements elicitation and implement one of those technique in reality. HUT sucks, indeed sucks!!!! The main subject to do is to create one software to serve for accounting department in the medium and small company. When asked "Teacher, could you introduce me fews companies in order to get into the real situation for figuring out what the accountant did ?" He came up with the answer " Yes, but those companies didn't accept the internship students and they had no time to answer your question". Think?? Suck or not??

In order to have a weekly report, i tried my best to interview one of my friends who is currently an assistant account in one company in Cambodia. Although i understand not much from her, the reports was still generated :) That time, Creative was needed.

Those reports were left uncompleted until 1h on Monday morning since on Sunday i had had an assessment test from one student organization- AIESEC (L'association Internationale des etudants de science economique et commerce). It was a great time then to be there on that day. I used my poor English from 9h in the morning till 14h30. The thing i was surprised was that it's the first time i saw the Vietnameses without Vietnamese-English accent. Their English were really Excellent. Oopss they said that : AIESEC !!! Not Excellent but fuckin' Excellent. Till now i am waiting for the result which is supposed to be released in the next fews days. I wish i would able to go up to the personal interview test to be an AIESECer. I really love the social activity but i have no chance to join it so far. I hope this would be my first opportunity to work for the world :)

New week comes, i need to review many kinda things especially C# and the stuffs for my big assignment this semester such as : the requirements, the function of this end-product since the coding session is expected to start from next week in order to meet the deadline which will come in the next 4 weeks.

Since last year, the ministry of education in Vietnam has decided to force every student in the universities ranging from the south to the north to take the condition exam for their graduation. The condition subjects include 3 sets in Mac-lenin system plus Ho Chi Minh idealism. Depending on a specific university, every student must take one of the condition subjects above.

This year is my final year in the university so that i have to take that such exam which takes place earlier than any year. Don't know what the hell that my ecole is thinking. There are alot of assignments to care while i have to think about this suck subject either.

"Proleterians are strong forces to establish a socialist country which is the most modern country, the world without oppression and exploitation", they said. Anyway, i am still capitalism that's why it's so hard to try to remember what is contrary to you..

Never try to study in the socialist country or u'll face this tension as i am now :)

CKVO.EXE could be a really annoying virus for you if you don't know how to pull it out from your computer system. This virus replicates itself into different names through using double click on your mouse. The name can be everything related with vo.exe for example: KXVO.EXE. That's a suck virus indeed. Athough you format your harddrive, the virus is forever there unless you know how to completely destroy it. Following, i'll show you how to demolish it from your system effectively through my experiences so far.

Firstly try to stop it since your system starting-up by go to : RUN -> msconfig -> Start-up tab -> uncheck the *vo.exe family :) after that you need to restart your system. Restart it!!!

Secondly, go to delete the files usually locate in C:\windows\system21\(all *vo.exe family). Delete them!!!

Thirdly go to Start -> run -> regedit (to dig into the registry file and delete those rascals). Right click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT -> find -> type in CKVO.EXE. After the search finishes, press F3 to reach to target -> Delete all related CKVO.EXE.

Finally, Restart to pray for the luck of your new peaceful system :)

Remember : Don't use Double-click on your mouse or you'll face to start killing it from the beginning and something unfortunate could happen randomly :) Be careful then !!!
