Why Wedding between Suk Sophea and Khieu Sokharavy delayed ?

Wednesday, April 30, 2008

Five days before the international new year day's- january 1st, there were an interview on CTN about the wedding plan between two current well-known khmer stars: Suk Sophea and Khieu Sokharavy. The wedding day arrived, there were no wedding hold. So far, there have been many rumours about this controversial story.
Today on CTN 21st channel, Khieu sokharavy has been invited secondly to this program hold my Yuk Chinda, the main unique MC of this channel.

26th Dec 2007
Dec 26th, 2007 Show- Pink Rose for the first love

Replying the many rumours that Ravy has been brought up by any Ocknha or she and he have the triangle love, she said : " The main reason for the wedding to be delayed is because of her health problem ". Meanwhile, there were also some others problems which let the party to be retarded, Ravy added. She implied arguable things that they (Ravy and Sophea) met before the wedding date fixed. She thought that those jobs had already been solved and it would never happen again.

Asked by Chenda: "Is he still your important person in your life ?". Yeah, although this unfortunate thing happened he's still the best person in my life, Ravy answered.

today's show
Today Ravy re-invited- CTN 21st Channel

"Are you afraid of the promise now ?". She replied that: "Yeah, i am afraid of the promise now and i will never promise the wedding day's again until the audiences see her in the wedding". She added that the relationship between her and Sophea currently is not close as good as before since she and he are very busy with their daily works.
More, she strongly spotted that: "I have to be strong to fill up and solve this problem".

The show starts with the song called : " Cry till running out of the tear-យំអស់ទឹកភែ្នក" and ended by the song- "Hope one day សង្ឃឹមថ្ងៃមួយ". These two songs are the the 1950s songs athough the title seems to be relatively the same as some songs released nowadays.

"Cola Is Bad for Your Bones"

About a moment ago, I just got an e-mail form Softpedia Health News. It sent me a very hot news about Cola and it's effect on our bones. And this is the evidence (I think I better copy that original research):

"Junk food and cola are part of the standard diet for any cool kid. Nevertheless, it turns out that cola is compromising the strength of their bones, as revealed by a new research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. "There is enough evidence that high consumption of soda and carbonated beverages is associated with somewhat lower bone mass in children, and that's a real concern and people should be aware of it," said Dr Lawrence Raisz, director of the University of Connecticut Centre for Osteoporosis. The precise reason of this effect is not known, but a few theories have been emitted so far. Cola consumers may replace nutritious beverages (like calcium rich milk or calcium fortified juice) from their diet with cola, consuming less calcium and vitamin D. The caffeine in cola has also been connected to bone mass loss. Another culprit could be the phosphoric acid in cola, because it takes calcium from the body while attempting to neutralize it and, in the case of an already calcium poor diet, it will come from the bones. "Phosphate is in milk, but milk also contains calcium and vitamin D. In soft drinks, there is just phosphoric acid and no calcium. Extra overzealous drinking may lead to a phosphoric acid imbalance, and if there's not enough calcium, the body goes to the bones to restore the balance," said Dr Primal Kaur, director of the Osteoporosis Centre at Temple University Health Sciences Center in Philadelphia. Low calcium amounts cause osteoporosis, when bones get thin and brittle. Over 50% of Americans, especially postmenopausal women, display a higher risk of developing osteoporosis. The new research, carried out at Tufts University, was made on a poll of over 2,500 subjects with an average age of about 60. High cola consumption in women was linked to decreased bone mineral density at three hip sites, no matter the age, calcium and vitamin D consumption, or whether they had reached menopause or not. The women consumed an average of 5 carbonated drinks weekly, of which at least 4 were colas. Decaffeinated cola had a weaker effect, but "light" cola had similar effects to regular one. The study didn't detect a connection between cola consumption and lower bone mass in men. "If you really like soft drinks, you don't need to take them out of your diet completely, but limit yourself to one or two glasses a week. And make sure you're getting enough calcium and vitamin D to protect your bone health. Vitamin D needs vary by age, and where you live, so check with your doctor to find out how much vitamin D you should be consuming each day. If you're not getting at least 1,000 to 1,200 milligrams of calcium daily from your diet, you should take a calcium supplement to ensure you're getting adequate amounts of the mineral," said Kaur. "

Ijajaja : Oops!! i have no many WD contents related

Sunday, April 27, 2008

As you see on the peak of your browser, Ijajaja's site title are Daily Life - Web Design- Programming. At the meantimes, many of ijajaja's contents are related to life and some posts of its updates, which are not actually related to Web design or programming. If you are a regular visitor of this site, you must wonder why ? why doesn't it do as it declares to do ?
Ijajaja thought
Obviously, Ijajaja is my daily blog. I wish i could write piles of tutorials coming out from my brain once. There are two main reasons that no Web design or development content in Ijajaja have been made; The first one is i have been hitherto really busy with my f.....g classes at the university. The main purpose is to get one Engineer diploma to fear some people ;)

The second one is that I think i have no enough ability to teach somebody something coz even me i know nothin' :) I hope that i am able to transfer this e-diary to my stuff showcasing site as soon as possible. Don't be upset to come to ijajaja, its history will be made soon.

Just now, I hope you enjoy my daily posts about my life in Vietnam :)

Does Ijajaja aggressively make ads's ?

Thursday, April 24, 2008

Do the ads's in ijajaja now balance with the content it possesses at the moment ?

After reading a post from vutha's blog, i feel curious to register a new google adsense account and leave the one i used before which have earned over 10 $ so far :( That's account seems to be unlucky so it deserves to be left :)

Since the limitation of showing the google ads in one page, i try to put only three ads's. Two ads's are on the hot place of my website; My site's header while the other one is in the coldest section of my site.

As a earn-nothing student living in a country whose goods' price increases times to times , it's happy to earn some money rather than to pay my least amount of money to domain or hosting ( Thanks Google for this site's hosting!!! ). Otherwise, so far i have never got any benefit from these ads. Sometimes i feel that it's so embarrassed to put many ads without any useful contents in the site. I wonder: Am i wrong ? I really want to play integrity with google. I have never clicked myself on the ads i put. Does integrity get nothing ? Although it's so, i'll always keep the same perspective.

I wish my new adsense's incomes would increase gradually to pay back my effort for the site everyday.

Let's play integrity to get the legal income!!!

Waiting many hours for the Art team to finish their make up, i was gradually shotted many rockets to my throat :( I was trying and tryin' to talk out loud the speech i prepared but i couldn't. Khmer Flag
Happy New Year 2008
In ancient countries of Chompou Tvip (the central continent of the seven continents surrounding Mount Meru) the elder people adopted the Khmer New Year's date in Khè Mikasè (January), i.e. the early year. According to the lunar calendar, they formerly chose three seasons including Heman Radov or winter, Kimha Radov or hot season and Vasan Radov or rainy season.
Since Chol Sakarach (Lesser Era) they have formally adopted the solar calendar and held the Khmer New Year Festival in Khè Chèt (fifth month) that is a free time from their farming. Four main seasons in the solar calendar contain winter, spring, summer and autumn.

The Khmer people have adopted the fifth solar month, known as Khè Chèt, to celebrate their New Year festival. Usually, according to the solar calendar, the Khmer New Year falls on the 13th of April although sometimes it falls on the 14th of April.

The auspicious occasion of the Khmer New Year is detailed in the astrological almanac and extends over three days. The first day is known as Maha Sangkran or "Great Almanac Day", the second day is called Veara Vanabath or "Worshipping Day", and the third day is known as Veara Leung Sak or "Rank and Promotion Day". Of the three days Veara Leung Sak is considered the most auspicious.

The history of the Khmer New Year is closely connected to the seven signs of the zodiac for the week. The legend of the New Year is detailed in the Almanac which says: In ancient, happier times, a young man by the name of Thoamabal, the son of a tycoon, had an extensive knowledge of three Vedas (ancient books on Hinduism) by the age of seven. Thoamabal's father built a temple under the spread of a large Chrey tree (a fig tree) on the banks of a river that was home to many species of birds. He had an innate ability that enabled him to understand the languages of birds. He had an innate ability that enabled him to understand the languages of birds.

" We Are Heroes "

Wednesday, April 9, 2008

This morning we have a chance to join for the first time conference organized by Microsoft. This conference was about to present the new released 2008’s; Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft Server 2008 and SQL 2008.

Although the main meeting delayed two-hour longer than the time printed in the invitation card and I felt quite disappointed because of some guest service, after that I am really satisfied by the two significant artful keynotes presents by Kevin Turner, so-called the third guy of Microsoft, and Chris Sharp- Asia Pacific Microsoft representative.
Open Ceremony
Open Ceremony

At 10 o’clock, commencing by the very wonderful dance, Kevin Turner exploded out from the back of the stage. He was there just to celebrate the open ceremony and to generally present the 2008’s. Since the conference’ s title today is “Heroes happen here”, he also introduced us a Vietnamese guy, Trinh Cong Thanh whose leg was amputated in cause to cancer as an example of one Hero. He said although Mr. Thanh was disable, he was a successful man who managed to use Microsoft tech ( Function for disable ) to benefit his business. He was an hero. Everybody in IT are Heroes. so am I ;).

We are heroes too
Photo : me and sophea, the ITism

Everything was detailed by Christ Sharp with his two Vietnamese (Mr. Que and Mr. Hai) and 1 Singaporean colleague, Stellen. They points us some demos. For instance: the powerful cluster technology in Server 2008 by which we can save much a mount of money. We just have to buy one software license for ex: MS office then it can be used by many others PC in the same network; which means the program executed in the server but it gives the graphical interface for the others to use remotely. (Presented by Que). Mr. Hai showed us the new technology of Microsoft; Silverlight and some tools related with Web developing and designing while the main demo of Stellen is to introduce the Microsoft sharepoint.

HUT Khmer students get more neglected: said many

Tuesday, April 8, 2008

Year to year, our relation with HUT is getting further and further because of the ignorance from this school’s managements.

In the occasion of the every Khmer New Year, we are usually visited by the HUT training office director. At that time, we usually declare to the director some of our difficulties at school and together have a small party with those whose represents the HUT training office. Occasionally, there are those who are Cambodian students and Laotian students joins. Many traditional songs are usually asked to be sung ;) Meanwhile, by the end of the meeting many of the envelope enclosed with about 7 $ gift are given to each foreign student ( Khmer and Laotian Student).
100 000 VND
Photo: 100 thousands VND note, don't know whether a real gift!!

Recently, this school’s training office header has been changed. We don’t really understand what this man is thinking. At the workshop organized by HUT one month ago, he raised his hand and suggested the school to allow Vietnamese student to stay together in the same dorm, the same room with Cambodian and Laotian student. That word was repeated and translated again a la fin of the meeting by Canh Luong Nguyen, Deputy dean of Hanoi University of Technology that “ Cam and Laotian student should stay together ”.

Yesterday, I heard the info that the 7 $ every year enclosed with the envelope now uncovered. The office asked us to go directly to the school and get the money from a stuff responsible for this. Is it a gift ?? Will he come to join us as the previous director did ?? Does he wanna declare a war with us ?? These questions have no answers yet.

The last word is “We are really upset and disappointed of what this director does”.

Beer: Please know how to drink me

Sunday, April 6, 2008

Most of us think that Beer is a kind of drink that like to the other drink such as wine or another alcohol, but the fact is beer has something more than that. The ingredient of beer are Water, Starch source, Hops,Yeast...

Beer
Photo: Angkor Beer, The symbol
of Cambodia

In those ingredients starch source the is most important. We use starch to bake bread, cake and more. There are a lot of vitamins in starch beside glucose and mineral elements. The most importance vitamins are vitamin B such Vitamin B1, vitamin B6. And now you can see, all those vitamin B have been included to beer.
But, How do we get those vitamin? In many case, we can get all those vitamin by eating starch such as rice, bread or vegetable. For beer, we can drink it one bottle or a cans everyday, but anyway, plz remember that DRINK ANY ALCOHOL CAN DAMAGE YOUR LIVER.

On distingue:

Heart Attack

A heart attack is when low blood flow causes the heart to starve for oxygen. Heart muscle dies or becomes permanently damaged.

Causes

Most heart attacks are caused by a blood clot that blocks one of the coronary arteries. The coronary arteries bring blood and oxygen to the heart. If the blood flow is blocked, the heart starves for oxygen and heart cells die. A clot most often forms in a coronary artery that has become narrow because of the build-up of a substance called plaque along the artery walls and stress can also trigger a heart attack. Risk factors for heart attack and coronary artery disease include:
  • Bad gene

  • Being male

  • Diabetes

  • Getting older

  • High blood pressure

  • Smoking

  • Too much fat in your diet

  • Unhealthy cholesterol level (High LDL cholesterol [bad cholesterol] and Low HDL cholesterol [good cholesterol]).
Symptoms

Chest pain is a major symptom of heart attack. However, some people may have little or no chest pain, especially the elderly and those with diabetes, the pain may be felt in only one part of the body or move from your chest to your arms, shoulder, neck, teeth, jaw, belly area, or back.
Other symptoms of a heart attack include:
  • Shortness of breath

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Anxiety

  • Cough

  • Fainting

  • Lightheadedness - Dizziness

  • Palpitation

  • Sweating
Treatment

If you had a heart attack, you will need to stay in the hospital, possibly in the intensive care unit (ICU). You will be hooked up to an ECG machine, so the health care team can look at how your heart is beating. The health care team will give you oxygen, even if your blood oxygen levels are normal.
Medicine for heart attack

  • Nitroglycerin helps reduce chest pain

  • Aspirin help prevent clot formation

  • Beta-blockers (such as metoprolol, atenolol, and propranolol) help reduce the strain on the heart and lower blood pressure

  • ACE inhibitors (such as ramipril, lisinopril, enalapril, or captopril) are used to prevent heart failure and lower blood pressure

new wp site

After the recent release of WP 2.5 and the extreme updates of WP’s website, everyone is to upgrade from the old versions or they are transferring from others blog platforms to the new robust version of WP, version 2.5.

So why ijajaja is still using Google blogger ?

You can say Ijajaja is still honest with Blogger ;) Otherwise the main reason of Ijajaja to choose this platform is because of its free charge with the full customization. Although the new release of Blogger is still limited in some stuffs such as widget to fit our requirements, I really like its layout management; Drag and drop ability. I just have to design one layout obeying some of its rule then I can drag and drop my section here and there; which makes my site looks distinct in different kinda situation.

Another reason is that ijajaja is just a new blog floating to the world so is it compulsory to use the complicated platform?? No, it is not for now but it can be for the future 

Anyway, congratulation to WP for its new release and Ijajaja could be on WP some day if needed ;)

Ps: According to some screenshots of the ones who are using WP 2.5 now, I really like its new administration window.

Ijajaja : I plus Verb plus Cha cha cha

What does Ijajaja mean ?

, Many visitors wondered

This is why this post is written. There were something come to my mind when my last domain were nearly to expire. The previous one seemed to be wrong since its birth so i let it go away.

Time to come, i ask the guy from xwanna.com for a cafe to discuss something about the new upcoming domain needed to be choosen in order to replace the old one. There were many ideas coming up : Sth related with blogger ...etc. We had a discussion many hours but nothing is best to satisfy him and so did i.

The night of that day came, one yahoo instant message sent to my chat window. That's Mr.X's. He suggested Ijajaja. I also wondered what it meant to be firstly. Because i think that jajaja has no meaning ;) Cha cha cha, he explained. We discussed for a while which one to choose ichachacha.com or ijajaja. Since it's easy to type and to be the weird oen, finally ijajaja was chosen as it is now. You must know Cha cha cha if you like dancing ;) Ja ja ja comes from Cha cha char. So ijajaja :
I + Verb + Cha cha cha.
