As you saw lately, my google advertisement on my site was hold fews days and displayed Public Service Ads (PSA) because it was waiting for the PIN to release the hold account.
I had waited for three weeks to get the PIN from Google letter, yet it didn't arrive. Yesterday, i tried to verify and request that PIN again. Truely, the PIN arrived many days and it was left at the guard office in front of my dormitory. That sucks!! i specified exactly my room number and the building i live but they don't alert me even a bit although there is a local telephone network. Those guys should be warned some day i guess. The letter brought to me by one brother today is full of mud. Damn it!!! Last time, this case also happened when the bank alerted me for the monthly transaction. That reports was almost torn because of the clay.
Receiving the PIN this morning, i instantly submit it to release my held Google ads account. At the moment, it works again!!! Thanks google for the PIN.

I waited for mine to come too. It's been a month now. Cambodia post is not reliable, what if they send check this way too?

You can get electronic paments if you give your bank details.
For those who live in Cambodia i suggest to put the post office box (P.O Box) at the end of your address box even though google not allow. But it works best for my friends. They received their PIN code less than 3 weeks.
I used to had many problem requesting the PIN code because of the postal is not clear in Phnom Penh. And finally, google enter the PIN code for me. Thank you to google that i don't have to do it by myself.
Another important factor is if you face any problem quickly talk to google and you will find the best solution faster. Cheers!

Although you live in Cambodia but if you open an account with a bank you can have your fun directly deposite to your bank.
You should have a business address so that there is little chance you lost your letter.
