Many short url service such as TinyUrl.com or UrlTea.com have been really popular with the internet geeks but almost them are in English; which sometimes drives difficult for the Vietnameses in using it.
Currently, Jin.vn is created by Vietnamese developer in order to provide facility for the vietnameses since its vietnamese language interface.
That's a great news for the vietnamese internet geeks ;)
